Route Features
Glenmore Parkway
You’ll travel along Glenmore Parkway several times as it’s the main road through the heart of Glenmore Park, connecting the Service Centre to Mulgoa Road and the Northern Road upgrades. You can expect a number of roundabouts, lane changes, and traffic levels.
Our Tip: As you approach each roundabout or turn-off, pick your lane ahead of time, and keep your signals timely and consistent to show you're in complete control.
Mulgoa Road / Glenmore Parkway Roundabout
This well-used single-lane roundabout, while fairly straightforward, can get backed up during peak times. Your ability to judge suitable gaps and maintain the flow of traffic is exactly what your examiner will be looking for.
Our Tip: Slow early, note the traffic flow, signal left before you leave, and take your exit. The confidence you demostrate here will carry you through the rest of the test.
Jamison Road Roundabout
Part of the Northern Road infrastructure upgrade... the junction of Glenmore Parkway and Jamison Road was redesigned for better safety and traffic flow. This makes for a busy, but straightforward roundabout to navigate.
Our Tip: Treat this confidently, like any other multi-exit challenge - go slow in, choose your lane early, give way to circulating cars, and signal clearly just before exiting.
York Road Roundabouts
The route uses this pair of closely spaced roundabouts, which will seem tricky if you rush them, however handling them smoothly will speak volumes to your examiner.
Our Tip: Maintaining good speed control and road positioning through back-to-back roundabouts demonstrates real road confidence, so practise these a few times.
Practising every Glenmore Park route is the smart way to prepare. They’re all in our app, updated and ready to help you practise for test day.
